Subject: IN DA MIX #09

It's not a problem that I can't fix, coz' I can do it… IN DA MIX ISSUE ∫ 09

ONE HOUSE, ONE NATION

I have a dream. A dream of a… house full of people united by the share of
the same preoccupations & interests. Sign of pretention, as some of us have
already tried to achieve this in the past ? Utopia, while the world is ruled
by immediate term considerations ? Not sure, as it's mainly a question of
being at the right place at the right moment, but also of will…

Hey Frederic ! Thanks for the review. It means a lot to me. Keep up the good
work !!!!!! Peace out. (DJ Romain, New York 04/17/03)

As In Da Mix goes in its ninth week on, the numerous and enthusiastic
feedback which I've received from U so far tends to indicate that the
direction could be good this time so that it's worth to keep on. Thanks to
the following people who offering to enlist IDM on their websites,
contribute to give it a wider audience : Joe B @ Kingstreetsounds.com, Kenny Summit @
FriendsNYC.com (Stateside) Fred Portet@deepsoundsradioshow.com, Lionel
@soundsup.com, Pat & Clem @ daphonics.com, Nico @ limelightrecords.com
(France) and Espen Wiik @ radio1norway.com (Norway). Not mentionning the
ones who should join da list soon. I take it, not only as a sign of friendship,
but also as setting up the basement for a better recognition of who we are
worldwide and what we can become while exchanging infos that is nothing else
than giving us to the opportunity increase our global potential.

'In Da MIx is definitely one of my favourites. By the way, you won a fan (DJ
ADN from The Soulguardians/Move On Records, Avignon 05/09/03)
As I've said or written in the past, I've seen a lot of people — more
notably in France where I'm based — complaining about the fact that almost nothing
was happening, but what da f*** was most of'em doin' at the end of the day ?
Nuttin' ! Not a single act to open a new door. Am I finally the best
positioned one 2 do it ??? Dis, once again, I dunno, as only time will tell.
But one thang is 4 sure : I will maintain ! (je maintiendrai), to quote the
famous Dutch Crown's motto. I will keep on until something tells me that it
is useless. Looks like you have a very interesting newsletter there... Keep them Coming
!!! (Graham Newby, Upskirt Records, London 04/03/03

Let's just imagine a world where you could instantly have a global idea of
who amongst the people you're (musically) related to is doin' what. A world
where you could quickly find what you're searchin' for. A world where you
would have a correspondant in every key place, spreading the good vibe but
also giving you the right info at the right moment. Seing your ideas and
products using the right channels to reach the right people. Imagine what It
could be solely with a small contribution from each of us !!! Isn't that
worth to give it a try ? Isn't that here the basic and true meaning of a
every tribe ??? And I'm not talking about money, except the one you'll have
to spend to spread your informations. Come on, there's no talk without a
smile, no exchange without a sign, no receiving without giving, as there's
no common joy without shared pleasure… and no life without a birth ! The only
thing we have to do is to make it happen and make it right, gettin'
ourselves ready to respect and understand each other, which is not that hard, whatever
we are, wherever we're coming from, as long as we know that we can count on
each other.

This ain't nothing but the result of things that I've experienced myself, in
America as In Hungary, in Spain as in India, In Scotland as in Greece,
gaining year after year the trust and love of people who from, litteral
foreigners at the beginning, became real friends I even may work with.
They know who they are but also who I am, this giving me some more will to
keep on what I've been doing for ages now. Enuff said now, as an enormous
mass of things still needs to be done. But at the end of the day, isn't that
what makes us still alive ? Peace, MFSB

God... This is the best mailer I get... I actually learn something !
