Since its inception in 1994, the stepchild of its parent label has seen much success with releases produced by Phillip Damien, Cevin Fisher, Little Louie Vega, and Kenny Dope (MAW), Lenny Fontana, DJ Pierre, Ron Trent, Jaymz Nylon, Ralphi Rosario, Kerri Chandler, Roy Davis, Jr., and the list goes on and on...

In the year 2000, NiteGrooves witnessed its most successful release to date. The acclaimed "Release album by Ananda Project has demonstrated new directions in dance music craft. It is the same vein as the aforementioned artists that we intend to explore (and expose) the homebred talent that surrounds us, as well as searching for fresh talent around the globe.

Another NiteGrooves track, released in 1998, was "The Beginning, by NYC talent, MIKE SKI. "The Beginning found its way in the anthem books thanks to DJs like Junior Vasques, Victor Caldorone, DJ Boris, Dave Waxman, and Danny Tenaglia.

You,d be hard pressed to find a review of a King Street/Nite Grooves record where the reviewer doesn,t at some point inextricably link our label name with the word "quality. More than a few have noted that Strictly Rhythm (one of the largest and most successful independent dance music labels) started out much in the same way.
